Burning tips & Candle care:

Our candles have been tested to achieve an optimal hot throw and a clean burn with no wax residue by the time they finish. They will not reach a melt pool in the first few burns, but they will in the subsequent burns. This will prevent the flame from smoking and overheating the glass beyond the safety point.

Here is a guide for the best candle performance:

• Do not trim the wick before the first burn, but always trim it to 5-6 mm before each subsequent burn and remove the carbon build-up (if any).

• To prevent tunnelling, ensure the melt pool is close to the edge of the vessel before extinguishing, especially during the first burn.

• Burn the candle for at least 2 hours to a maximum of 4 (we recommend 4 hours for the first few burns).

• Keep the candle free from any foreign materials, including matches and wick trimmings.

• Keep the candle away from draughts and water.

• Only burn a candle on a level, fire-resistant surface.

• Do not relight when the wax level is less than 5 mm.

• Never put the lid back on before extinguishing the flame.

Keep the product out of the reach of children and pets. Do not eat. Do not move while lit. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

We care about animals and recommend not using any candle, melt or diffuser near small animals, especially the ones with sensitive respiratory systems like rodents, birds and reptiles. No matter how natural these products are, their scents may still be too strong for them.

To easily clean your candle glass from the wax residues, pour some boiling water into it and leave it until you see the wax has solidified on the surface. Remove the wax. Remove the wick sustainer and sticker pad. Wash your glass thoroughly.
